Leader

Each Sing Australia group has a leader, someone who undertakes the day-to-day management of that group. After considerable experience in trying various ways of running a singing group of the nature of Sing Australia, the head office has produced procedures and an operational approach that is applied consistently throughout the network. This has created a management system that sets the basis for good management of individual groups and works effectively in the context of a network. The group leader plays a big role and he or she can have a positive influence on the group through an enthusiastic and caring approach to the members. The head office assists leaders every step of the way in running the group. It is lots of fun and highly rewarding.
