SUMMARY:Club Grandviews ANZAC Service
DESCRIPTION:We will be singing as part oof Club Grandview’s ANZAC Service. This is a regular event for us and looked forward to by our singers.\nIt is a daytime service and an outdoor venue in the club grounds. There is a trip hazard frrom equipment leads which is managed by securing them. There is no shade and it can be hot so seats are provided and singers are advised to wear a hat and bring something to drink. We erect a small gazebo for the accompanist . The conductor also sits there when not conducting. We have previously had a member faint at this event. This is managed by having a retired St John’s ambulance officer and a retired doctor amongst our singers. I also have singer’s emergancy contact numbers at gigs.

SUMMARY:Combined RSL ANZAC Dawn Service
DESCRIPTION:We will be singing at the Combined RSL ANZAC Dawn Service. It will be dark when we start and there is a trip hazzard from the Morton Bay fig trees that grow around the perimeter of the park. This will be explained to the singrs and they will be advised to use a torch when arriving. The stage area is separate from where we sing so there shoud not be a trip harard from the equipment leads. Chairs are provided and singers will be advised to bring a drink. St John’s Ambulance will be in attendance. I have access to the emergancy contact numbers of singers when at gigs.
