DESCRIPTION:This is a large community event in the Golden Plains Shire to celebrate Christmas. We have been asked to be the choir from 6.30-8.00 pm. Some members will arrive for a sound check at 3.30 pm – then can enjoy the market for a time before meeting at the green room tent at 4.45 pm when other members will join us for last minute instructions and for ID stickers to be given out. Chairs\, toilets & water available in the green room tent – so members have been asked to take time to rest there before the evening event. Chairs also available on stage for choir to sit between brackets – when we will be asked to proceed to our allotted spots on each occasion. There is a one step riser for some members – but this has been carefully assessed for those who can manage it well. Risks have been thought through – eg. pacing themselves\, who is able to manage risers etc. There are no further perceived risks.
