This is an outdoor\, under cover event. The group will assemble fifteen minutes prior to the event\, near the rotunda. There are eight steps to the rotunda. Members will enter the steps in single file\, using the hand rail on the left. The group will also leave the rotunda in single file. We will provide our own books\, CDs and player\, and the town committee are providing a power point. The group will sing for thirty minutes and then move to a footpath near the LOL Coffee van\, to sing for another thirty minutes. The second thirty minutes of singing will be outdoors.
