Wesley Gardens Concert

We have been invited to perform for the residents of Wesley Gardens Retirement and Residential Village. We will be singing in a performance space which has no steps or stage. Our singers will be provided with chairs on which to sit between brackets of songs.
The car park is adjacent to the performance space with no steps.
I am confident that there are no perceived risks at this venue which need to be addressed.
