By paying the full amount of $395 you are securing your ticket for the full weekend package at the 2020 National Gathering in Sydney. Bookings for this weekend will be accepted until 20th March or until sold out. Places are limited so we ask that you complete this form and submit it quickly to secure your place.
Please note: If you are worried that your form has not been submitted DO NOT submit another one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check for you. This prevents any double up of payment.
Please note if you change your mind or are unable to attend then any cancellations made up until 20th March 2020 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Any cancellations made between 20th March 2020 and 3rd April 2020 will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after 3rd April 2020 will be fully non-refundable. If you do have to cancel, it is up to you to find someone to take your place and notify Head Office of this change. All monies are to be exchanged between you and the other party.
You may wish to review your travel insurance to safeguard you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prevents your travel and attendance.
Payments are to be made through the secure GoCardless direct deposit system.
If you are not already signed up to GoCardless, once we receive your booking form, a simple request form will be sent to your email to fill out. Please do this promptly, it only takes two minutes. Once you have signed up we will then take payment approx. 3 business days later.
If you are already signed up to GoCardless please just submit your booking form and payment will be taken out approximately 3 business days later.
By sending this completed booking form to us you are authorizing the total amount above to be debited through your Go Cardless direct debit account.
