Singing to Retirement Residents in Collaroy NSW

We have been invited to sing for residents of Warringah Place Collaroy, followed by afternoon tea for all.
I cannot think of any perceived risks –
* Parking is in neighbouring streets. Singers will walk into the venue up a slight incline footpath.
* No stairs into or in the venue.
* We have been offered chairs to sit on when not singing
* We have 18 singers registered so far
* All singers are current members of Sing Australia
* I am confident we will be performing in a safe environment
