Tamworth Growers Twilight Christmas Markets

Carolling- 2x 20 minute slots between 5and 7.30pm . After a walk through the site with the entertainment organiser these are the perceived risks:
*Heat fatigue conteracted by singing in shaded areas and singers directed to bring water bottles and wear shady hats.
*Moving between carolling locations- less mobile singers advised not to attend and group will use concrete pathways avoiding very crowded areas. Singers asked to look out for each other.
*Stinging insects at twilight- singers advised to use insect repellant.
No other perceived risks.
