Christmas In July Frank Vickery Village Sylvania

Christmas in July event to be held at the Frank Vickery Retirement Village.
Event will be held indoors on an elevated stage in the Auditorium located in the grounds of the Retirment Village.
We will be providing our own keyboard and PA equipment
In regards to Risks for this event:
Parking is off site so members will need to park in the side streets and walk to the event.
Bags will be stored in a separate location, away from the area we are singing.
We will be singing out of a traffic area and chairs will be provided for those who need them in the group.
Members will only require there books and water when singing.
Any cords/leads will be taped to the floor to ensure no trip hazards for conductor and MC
