Christmas In July John Paul Village

Christmas In July Event at John Paul Village Heathcote.
Event to be held indoors at the HUB of the Nursing Home, using a raised platform.
We will be providing our own keyboard and PA system
Risks at the event:
Parking can be limited at the village and member will need to park in adjoining streets and walk to the HUB where we will sing.
Bags and belongings will be stored in the small kitchenette area adjacent to the area in which the singing will take place.
Chairs will be provided for this who need to be seated in the group
Chords will be taped down to avoid trip hazard for conductor and MC.
Members will only require their books and water whilst we are singing
