Sing Australia Coffs Harbour 20th birthday celebration
We propose to sing lots of songs followed by afternoon tea. The event will be in our normal venue but on a Saturday afternoon instead of Monday evening. We will be inviting former members. The event will run from 2-4pm and we have hired the hall for an hour before for setting up and afterwards for clearing up.

2Air’s Annual Christmas Extravaganza
Annual Christmas luncheon / fundraiser for the local Community Radio Station with entertainment. We have been invited to sing a short set which will include some Christmas songs. It will be held in the upstairs hall. There is the opportunity to have lunch ($35 or$30 2AirFM members). We will be singing from SATP Book 1 and Christmas songbook 1 Dave will conduct and Lucy will accompany us.

We will be performing a Christmas concert to entertain the residents of the Grange Nursing Home. It will be approximately 45mins long with songs from SATP bk1 and SATP bk 2 and the Christmas songbook 1. Dave will conduct. Please arrive by 10 am. We will be required to perform a RAT on arrival which will be provided by the nursing home (Please allow 15mins) A mask will be required to enter the venue, but not whilst singing. Our group is joining together for a BYO picnic and sing at the Jetty Foreshore in Coffs Harbour. It is our intension to also sing some Australian songs and perhaps play a few games like boule and quoits. Family and friends are also invited.

Happy Hour at the Masonic Village
We will be singing a selection of songs in the dining area of the Masonic Village, during the Friday Happy Hour for the residents. Dave Mylrea will play his harmonica for a song during the performance. The performance will last approximately 45 minutes. Concert at the Lakes Lifestyle Village
We will be singing a selection of songs in the hall to a seated audience. Our performance will be approximately one hour and we will encourage a singalong. We will be joining them afterwards for afternoon tea in the hall, provided by the residents. Two of our members live in the village. Celebrating Australia
We will be singing a selection of Australian songs and others, mostly from SATP books 1 and 2 for a local social community club. in the community hall. We will encourage our audience to singalong. This is part of their Australia Day celebrations. Our segment is 45mins and we are invited to join their group for morning tea beforehand. We will be using pre recorded music and a battery operated amplifier without cables. No perceived risks.

To promote Sing Australia, Coffs Harbour Group, members will sing in a 2AirFM Community Radio (107.9) studio. An opportunity to sing across the air waves, to 'Connect Australians in Singing'. RISK ASSESSMENT: All OH&S procedures are in place. therefore all electrical equipment / leads are covered under their OH&S practice. My assessment of the venue is, it is of Low Risk.

Anzac Day. Legacy on Victoria (Legacy Nursing Home), Coffs Harbour
Sing Australia Coffs Harbour group were happy to receive a request for their members to sing on Anzac Day for the residents, indoor at their Aged Care Facility, 55 Victoria St, Coffs Harbour.. The performance is from 2pm to 3pm. Members to arrive in full Sing Australia uniform, or white/black top and black pants.
