Community Singing – Lions Community Fair
We will be singing as part of the entertainment program at the Lions Community fair. We will also have a promotional tent for Sing Australia. The site was assessed for the same event in March this year (a postoned event from 2022 due to wet weather). There are no risks other than general ones for an outside venue.

Through our contacts at the Archdiocese of Sydney, Sing Australia have been invited to perform at this year's Sydney Street Feast. The Street Feast is run annually and was created in conjunction with, and is sponsored by, the PAYCE Foundation, Paynter Dixon, St Merkorious Charity and Sydney’s Catholic Archdiocese in response to Pope Francis' World Day of Poor. Singing for the community as part of the Cronulla Chamber of Commerce Christmas Program Risk management: I am unable to specifically assess the risk at this point as the exact location has not been finalised. It is dependant on public works being done in the area. Given that this is a Chamber of Commerce run event and there are many performances every Sat in December i do not anticipate any risks above the normal ones assoxciated with an outdoor venue.

Sing Australia will once again be performing at the “Christmas at the Cathedral” event, with a European-style Christmas market in the forecourt adjacent to the St. Mary’s Cathedral steps. We are booked for Wednesday 20th December at 7:30pm, with Gordon, Collaroy, Ashbury, Sutherland and St. George groups joining together for a 45-minute performance of Christmas carols. Singing for aged care residents Potential risks and actions: Covid _ this facility requires masks to be worn when not singing. Poorly placed equipment – The room where we sing is an adequate size for our equipment which is placed away from thoroughfares. Unsecured leads – these are placed out of thoroughfare or taped down. We will be singing to support the International Womens Day High Tea at the Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre. The only potential risk is a trip hazzard from leads and these will be secured.

Combined RSL ANZAC Dawn Service
We will be singing at the Combined RSL ANZAC Dawn Service. It will be dark when we start and there is a trip hazzard from the Morton Bay fig trees that grow around the perimeter of the park. This will be explained to the singrs and they will be advised to use a torch when arriving. The stage area is separate from where we sing so there shoud not be a trip harard from the equipment leads. We will be singing as part oof Club Grandview's ANZAC Service. This is a regular event for us and looked forward to by our singers. It is a daytime service and an outdoor venue in the club grounds. There is a trip hazard frrom equipment leads which is managed by securing them.
