A pop-up outdoor singing session near the entrance of Sandringham Railway Station to entertain passing commuters and shoppers.

Perceived Risks:

• Care needed around traffic including crossing roads and pedestrians passing by. Warn our members in the information email we send them and monitor at the event.
• Wet weather. Advise members to wear warm, wet weather coats. (We will be under cover at the station approach way)
• Trip hazards. Make sure members leave book bags etc. aside from where the group is standing.
• Conductor placement. Monitor that the conductor is not obstructing the pedestrian walkway.
